Greetings! I am Chief Denise Nelson, a proud native of Brooklyn, New York. My upbringing was shaped by both the energy of New York City and the strong sense of community I experienced in Dayton, Ohio.
I began my professional career in Property Management in 1997. During that time, I had the opportunity to work closely with with various business owners, gaining valuable experience in leadership, operations, customer service, and business management.
In 2021, my professional journey expanded into the security industry, where I gained hands-on experience in security operations, team development, client relations, training, and business administration. That experience ultimately helped prepare me for the next chapter of my career.
Today, I am proud to lead 1st Protection Group Inc., a company committed to providing professional, dependable, and responsive security services to businesses, residential communities, events, and organizations. My goal is to provide clients with more than just security coverage. I believe effective security requires proper training, accountability, communication, sound judgment, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to protecting people and property.
Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse range of skills, including problem resolution, event management, business administration, security operations, investigations, employee training, and client relations.
